Please Help By Donating

There are a number of ways to make a tax deductible donation to the Ontario Cerebral Palsy Sports Association (OCPSA):

By Mail
A gift of cash is the easiest way for many people to contribute to OCPSA. Please make your cheque or money order payable to: OCPSA.  Please mail your donation to PO Box 60085, Ottawa ON K1T 0K9.

You can make a donation online safely and efficiently through PayPal – just visit our Online Donation pagePlease note:  You do not need a PayPal account – you can bypass signing up for PayPal by making your donation with your credit card. Please follow the directions on the PayPal page.

The Monthly Giving Program is a cost effective and time saving way to support OCPSA. If you contribute faithfully every year or respond to more than one fundraising appeal, this is the program for you. Instead of making a donation in one lump sum, you can spread your payments out over 12 months. Payments can be made by direct bank debit or by credit card, which means no more mailings and no more postage! To use this method of giving, please visit our Online Donation page.

Special Occasion Gifts
Special occasion gifts are a unique way to acknowledge a significant life event such as a birthday, anniversary, wedding, retirement or other milestone, while also contributing to a worthwhile cause. A lovely card will be sent to the honoree notifying him or her of this very special gift (donation amount is not included).

Memorial Gifts
A donation in memory of a friend, colleague or loved one is a meaningful way to express your sympathy while also helping OCPSA enhance its programs and services. More and more people are requesting that their loved one be commemorated in this way in lieu of sending flowers. A lovely notification card will be sent to the next of kin (donation amount is not included).

To use these methods of giving, please visit our Online Donation page.

Many companies will match the contributions made by their employees or their employees’ spouses, thereby doubling or sometimes even tripling your contribution. We encourage you to review our matching gift company list to determine whether your company has a Corporate Matching Gift Program. If it does, obtain and complete the appropriate form from your Human Resources or Personnel Department and send it, along with your gift, to OCPSA. It’s that easy. The entire final gift — both your contribution and your employer’s match — is credited to you. Many companies will also match gifts by retirees. Take a look at our List of Companies to see if yours makes matching gifts.
