In consideration of my, my child/ward’s, registration in the Ontario Boccia Championships, I, the participant and/or parent/guardian (if participant under 18 years of age) agrees as follows:
- To adhere to all of OCPSA’s procedures, policies, and code of conduct;
- To adhere to OCPSA’s Concussion Management and Return to Play Policy;
- To accept sole responsibility for my or my child/ward’s personal possessions and athletic equipment;
- To accept all liability for any damage to the playing equipment caused by me or my child/ward’s careless, negligent and/or improper handling; and
To authorize OCPSA the right to the collection and free use of my or my child/ward’s images and athletic results for posting on the OCPSA website.
Eligible clubs and community groups are invited to host a boccia tournament/event as part of the Ontario Regional Boccia Series! OCPSA will provide grants of up to $500 to help offset hosting expenses. Click here for more information, eligibility criteria and to apply prior to the March 31, 2018 deadline!
