The 2019-20 Quest for Gold – Ontario Athlete Assistance Program (QFG-OAAP) sport-specific criteria for Boccia and Athletics (cp) is now available!

Quest for Gold’s overarching goal is to increase the performance and number of Ontario athletes competing at the highest national and international levels, thereby contributing to the improved performance of Canada at international competitions.

All future (and current non-carded) national team athletes are encouraged to apply by March 27, 2020

Terms and Conditions

In consideration for the acceptance of my, my child/ward’s, membership in the OCPSA, I, the participant and/or parent/guardian (if participant under 18 years of age) agrees as follows:

To adhere to all of OCPSA’s procedures, policies, and code of conduct;
To adhere to OCPSA’s Concussion Management and Return to Play Policy;
To accept sole responsibility for my or my child/ward’s personal possessions and athletic equipment;
To accept all liability for any damage to the playing equipment caused by me or my child/ward’s careless, negligent and/or improper handling; and

To authorize OCPSA the right to the collection and free use of my or my child/ward’s images and athletic results for posting on the OCPSA website.
